Eureka Center, Sagle Idaho

Discover an exceptional opportunity to create a one-of-a-kind retreat center on 22 serene acres in the heart of North Idaho. This versatile property offers multiple dwellings, expansive gathering spaces, and a naturally peaceful setting—ideal for wellness retreats, workshops, events, or group lodging. Tucked among mature evergreens, the primary residence blends southwest mountain influences with the rustic character of reclaimed timber, creating a warm, grounding atmosphere perfect for hosting intimate gatherings or providing owner accommodations. Its craftsmanship and tranquil design set the tone for the entire property. A short walk from the main home sits a spacious event center, already equipped with an office, kitchen, two lofted sleeping areas, and a large open hall framed by windows overlooking the southern acreage. This structure is ready to be reimagined as a workshop venue, yoga studio, group dining hall, or additional lodging. Additional structures expand the property’s capacity and flexibility: · Caretaker’s residence with a one-bedroom apartment above a communal kitchen, bath, and laundry—originally envisioned as the hub for a glamping project. · Habitable yurt, offering a unique guest experience. · Bunkhouse for extra sleeping quarters. · Barn for storage, creative projects, or equipment. The land itself is a retreat: a mix of forest, pasture, and open space, complete with a seasonal creek and a handcrafted amphitheater once used as a music venue—an inspiring setting for ceremonies, performances, or outdoor workshops. While not waterfront, the property is minutes from Martin Bay, Glengary Bay, Gamlin Lake, and less than ten minutes from Garfield Bay, offering easy access to recreation and nature immersion. Whether you envision a wellness sanctuary, creative retreat, educational center, or multi-structure lodging experience, this property provides the infrastructure, beauty, and privacy to bring your vision to li

Neurodivergent Income-Sharing Community focused on Creative Collaboration

Seeking co-founders for an income-sharing community of neurodivergent folks that’s focused on creative collaboration. INCOME-SHARING with the understanding that not everyone is going to be able to contribute the same amount financially; would probably want to use the model where everyone logs a certain number of hours per week, which could be paid work for the income pool but would also encompass many other types of work NEURODIVERGENT people with symptoms of autism, ADHD, etc: want to create a space where we can mutually support each other with the different strengths, weaknesses, needs, and abilities we’d each be bringing to the table FOCUSED ON CREATIVE COLLABORATION I do DIY film, music, theatre, and creative writing and am passionate about using it as a way to build community Those three core aspects are the only things set in stone for me – everything else I am open to sussing out with the core group once we find one another. That includes location (even country), age, urban vs rural, single vs family, etc. Hoping to form a core founding group of 3-8 people, potentially using Yana Ludwig’s books about forming communities to guide us through the founding process. Would want to consider using frameworks like Sociocracy (for governance structure), Nonviolent Communication (for conflict resolution), and Authentic Relating (for removing barriers to deeper connection.) Open to using any combination of those, using other similar frameworks, or even to keeping things informal if that ends up feeling like a better fit for the group. Let me know if you have any questions or suggestions – or if you share these three goals!!! -Brian (they/she) Signal/Whatsapp: 571-447-3001 Discord: @magicalspacelobster

Create Home in Greece, Together

Live in Greece — Build Real Community Imagine waking up to the scent of herbs drifting from the mountains, walking to the village taverna for coffee, working from your sunlit terrace, heading to the beach to unwind, hiking with sweeping views, or picnicking at a UNESCO World Heritage site — and then sharing dinner with neighbors who feel like chosen family. At Greek Village Cohousing, we are creating pathways for exactly that kind of life. We are developing Greece’s first modern community-led villages — rooted in the Mediterranean way of living, with strong bonds between neighbors, shared resources, more beauty in everyday life, and a more connected, meaningful way of living. Who is this for? This is for people who want to help create community from the beginning: people drawn to traditional cohousing design and values, living more sustainably by sharing resources, cooking and shared meals, healthier Mediterranean living, a year-round, Blue-Zone-inspired outdoor lifestyle, mutual support for a move abroad, and a more purposeful, community-oriented next chapter — in Greece. Support for your move overseas journey: Our group provides mutual support for the practical, emotional, and cultural steps of relocating to Greece, so your transition is smoother, more joyful, and more rooted in community. Intentional Community Incubation Hub: Evi Gerou (Pare), a Greek American, is the founder of the Greek Village Cohousing Incubation Hub for Intentional Communities. She is the steward of an advanced new-build project, Taygete Cohousing Village, and is also working with interested members exploring potential retrofit and renovation projects. She has lived in cohousing and now helps others find their people and co-create intentional communities in Greece. Both groups use sociocracy to make decisions in their forming communities.
